No Refunds!

I bought my mother an expensive set of paint for art at Jimnettes for her birthday. After buying it, I started wondering if I had bought the right type and asked her. She then said that it was the right type, but she has more than enough paint. I went to return it a day after I bought it, just to find out that they don't give refunds! I understand that there are small shops that only exchange, but a shop like Jimnettes, I never would have thought that. I will never shop there again and will never recomment them to any one.
