Jimmenett's refund policy and poor service

I bought art material to the value of R7000.00 at this store in July. I wasn't happy with the prices of some of the items as I found them cheaper at Achneer in Hartfield. I returned some to the value of thousand and some couple of rands. They told me they do not do cash refunds, they refused to give me my money and force me into taking a voucher. I have been stuck with this voucher that I can not use as I will not be buying any thing from Jimmnettes because of their high prices and poor customer service that goes along with their frustrating return policy. Today my child got sick and I needed money for the doctor. I decided to go to the store to see if there is any a way that I can assisted to exchange the voucher for cash. I spoke to a white lady manager by the name of Roul. This was my second attempt of getting money out of this voucher that has got me trapped into a store that I am not happy doing business with. I ask for her permission to at least speak to a customer that might be able to assist with the exchange, by paying with my voucher in exchange for cash on any form of cash send. She refused and told me I'm not allowed to bother her customers. I stood by the door of the store like a beggar hoping to find a black customer who can assist. I couldn't speak to white customer as I have she has already made me feel like a homeless beggar. I arrived the store at 12h00 and stood by the door until 14h00 when the store was closing. I ask for the phone number of the store and she said she does not have. She said I must come back on Monday because the manager who will be working tomorrow will also chace me away. I spend R150.00 petrol to Drive from Mamelodi to Lynridge, by the time I get assistance with this R1000.00. It will be equivalent to R200 because of the expenses. She also mentioned that I should have ask for the money on the day I made the return, which I found to be a contradictory statement .
