burnt and dried meals

i have had the dis pleasure of jimmys westwood, i had bought Daddys deals vouchers for my sons birthday and the food was bad but was told by the lady from jimmy's that i should have complained in store instead of to her directly, we couldn't complain in store as the waiter was so busy and there was no sign of the manager. all she could tell me was Tough, she cant do anything bought the dried up chicken burger that was gone to rubber and the fish that had so much thorns in it and was so burnt that it was black and even tasted burnt.
