Worst food

Myself an my work members went for a late lunch at jimmys killer prawns in gateway. The was not what I expected it to be as well as my friend had the worst experience ever. Our food was not freshly prepared it was dry an had less sauce on the prawns including my slf an my friends meal Rice was not fresh so was the chips as well as the food was prepared early an was reheated in the microwave from what I saw in plate as well as my friend. The appetizers was cold n not freshly made. We arrived there late after placing the order an we waited a few mins before we received our meals. The mocktails was more like a juice no garnishing The fish an chips was so dry an not even pleasing. No sauces on the tables No s****s No hand wash to wash our hands It's was my worst experience ever an was very un pleasing. I don't think I will ever eat there again. My contact number is ***
