Worst dining experience of my life

Worst experience at a restaurant: we visited Jimmy's Westwood for supper last night, it was the worst dining experience of my life. Aside from the prices that have increased drastically, the portion sizes have also been reduced. After waiting about 45 minutes the food finally arrives. I ordered 2 platters and both were extremely dry. The prawns looked as if the kitchen staff lightly brushed the prawns with sauce as there was hardly anything all and the prawns itself was also dry. On the menu it stated the meals come with a choice of sauce. When I complained to the so called manager on duty, he refused to acknowledge my complaint instead asked me to pay for sauce stating that's how the meals are served. I then told him that the waiter also advised the prawns would come with sauce either lemon butter or kashmir. The manager was adamant we have to pay extra for sauce. I have been to Jimmy's a number of times and the food was always nice and sauce was never an issue. The manager was extremely rude and then had the audacity to speak bad about my family and I to the waiters and staff in the kitchen indicating that we are stupid. Jimmy's killer prawns has lost the plot and customer are ripped of and insulted inside the store. The manager even refused to give me the owners details to lay a complaint indicating that he is the boss and his word is final. The food is not worth the amount of money spent in this establishment and I don't see myself visiting Jimmy's again. There used to be a lady that managed the store previously and everything used to be perfect. I would not recommend anyone to visit this establishment if you are looking for a decent.
