4 jk's were ordered, food was cold, complaint made, jimmy's came back within 30 minutes, with 4 new Hot jks and a full refund, i mean really, when and where in South Africa have you experienced that, i say that's customer services, that's going the extra mile, that's something i can appreciate and take time to let the rest of the country know. Jimmys melrose arch is the one, and Washington definitely has the right attitude, i suggest Washington to help other stores on his way of customer services. WELL DONE.
