Service excellence and beyond

<p> On the 12th August was my mums bday, after a really long day, we decided to have supper at Jimmys ****er prawns in Gateway. There was 16 of us so you can only imagine the chaos. We where received by Ben and Rodney. The service we received was extraordinary. It was literally the best service we have ever received any where. They were kind and soooooooo helpful. When we left Jimmys we left with an experience that I felt I had to share. To the management at Jimmys Gateway, I hope yourl acknowledge the great staff yourl have an appreciate them. To Rodney and Ben thank you, thank you for ending my mums special day so perfectly. </p>
