RUBBER BAND FOUND IN SPINACH SALAD

I visited the Jimmys at the Westwood Mall today for lunch all the way from Verulam because i enjoyed it on previous visits, i ordered the spinach veg as a side item and upon eating i found myself choking only to find a rubber band in the spinach. This is very unacceptable, this had been a danger to me. The Manager on duty was sorry about it and brought another bowl but that's all, it may not be serious to the store but to me it could have been fatal.
