Food poisoning from fish and terrible service

My family and I decided to book Jimmy’s killer prawns in gateway for my brothers 16th birthday and had a terrible experience , we ordered starters which never arrived, our fish platters were raw, we went to the restaurant at 1pm to ask to set it up properly so when we come at 6pm everything would be setup for his birthday, they did not set anything up , the waiters did not ask us for drinks order , everything was a disaster, I logged it to head office only to receive a call saying they will contact the branch, the owner then contacted me to say they going to investigate on camera what happen and this was on the 18th November btw , my order came to R1000 including the 2 x R200 daddy’s deal vouchers , I only received a small discount for the cheapest option and still had to pay more than R600, my wife and I had food poisoning for 2/3 days after and we have not even received any voucher in return but the owner gave me her number and said in future I should contact her for bookings etc instead of offering me a voucher nevertheless I’ll never eat at Jimmy’s gateway again.
