Bread Rolls Choose before Giving to Customers

We decided to go the Jimmy's Killer Prawns at El Ridge Centre in Boksburg<br> We always frequent this outlet and have done so on about 8 occasions since it opened with my family<br> We Probably spent approx R4500 - R5000 during these visits<br> Service was good and so was the food<br> BUT we have noticed on many occasions that Bread Rolls were not served to us like it was to other Customers beibg seated at the same time as us<br> In fact only on two occasions was it served after asking for it<br> It was served to our customers before and after us <br> The manager assured us this will be rectified <br> we rec'd a LONG Roll cut into 4 pieces one could not even hold the pieces which we left in the basket<br> another customer seated next to us received 3 ROUND Bread rolls - strange <br> so it seems that it depends on your face & Color to determine if you get Bread rolls served to you or not<br> we asked the waited on 2 occasions and he just sneered at us (Victor) also he was harsh in taking our order certainly needs training in customer communication<br> The manager said that was the best he could do well his best is not good enough we pay for the food & service<br> This is the last of my visit so its Goodbye Jimmy's Hello ADEGA!<br>
