Bad Service

On the 30/12/2015 at about 7pm we, a family of about 12 people including kids went to Jimmy's Prawns in Gateway for supper. I have to say that from the very beginning the problem started. A waiter took our order for drinks and the main course at the same time. The drinks arrived at our table in dribs and drabs ie not all at the same time. The last person was served his drink 15 minutes after the first person got his. Then we got served our food platters and the waiter only brought our extra rice and hot sauce a whole 20 minutes after the platters were served. As if that wasn't bad enough cause we wasted it, not one management staff had the courtesy to see if all was fine at our table. The waiters seemed to be more interested in serving the smaller groups of tables with people of 2 or 4. After the main meal we ordered desert. Not being a surprise to me that took about 30 minutes to be served and all the time the kids were starting to fall asleep at the table. And my wife who was seated next to me and ordered the same desert like me only got hers 10 minutes after me. Again, not one management staff came to our table throughout our entire visit there. Really disappointing.
