bad customer service

<p>I visited jimmy ****er prawns at rosebank on May 28th 2016. I ordered the the prawn (spicy) curry pasta under the impression that it would be spicy as per the description. I even asked the waiter to prepare the food as extra hot which means very spicy. My food arrived and it seemed as if the pasta sauce was purely cooked in extremely sweet tamotoe purree. I complained to the waiter who then called the store manager to assist. I was told that she would prepare me a spicy prawn curry and rice which agreed too and due to time I asked that the meal be packed as a takeway. I was presented with the takeaway only to find my old meal packed in the takeaway container and not what I was promised. I would NEVER in my life ever eat at JIMMYS ****ER PRAWNS ROSEBANK AGAIN and I promise to spread this word to a million others! </p>
