GATEWAY branch - I Bought 2x Calamari and prawn combos for take away. the very first tube of calamari tube that I had I felt like I chewed onto some sand, when I looked at it , it was black and looked like compost was grainy like sand . I then took another tube from my boyfriends plate and the exact same thing happened. I cut up a third piece from my plate and found the same thing only this time with a tiny piece of hard shell, it was DISGUSTING!! You don’t pay so much for that kind of food. Definitely should’ve went to ocean basket!! Unfortunately the branch in umhlanga was closed.
