False Advertising - No Customer care

I visited Jimmys Killer Grills on 08/03/2015. I ordered one of the advertised combos which I usually buy at their Woodmead Branch. When I received the order and the portion did not look correct as I am used to the one from the other branch. I then enquired from the Manager/ Supervisor in the store as the ad gives a specific weight. I asked him if the order looked correct he said yes, So i asked him how does he know just by looking at it he said they weigh it. I asked him to weigh it for me and it weighed exactly half the advertised weight.<br> He then gave excuses after excuses and would not give me the owners contact details.which point I said I will escalate it to the Head Office. I then the next day logged a complaint at head office and was e-mailed that the store owner would contact me. Till today 27/03/2015 I have not heard a word from the franchise or the owner of the store.<br> Very disappointed with the service recieved from the Franchise and the store owner.
