Terrible service

<p>We booked a party for my baby's first birthday. The gentleman who assisted us was very clear on package s and charges so we went ahead and made payment for a booking. We opted for the in store venue. The day came and the gentleman was not in for the day. The manager assisted us and told us that they have prepared the private room for us since it was holiday season and we won't pay for the room. They brought kid's food and to my shock they brought half hot dogs And a small jug of oros( mind you we had 25kids). We asked for water for coffee and were told we will be charged for it. When we were done with the party the bill came and we were charged for the private room we didn't ask for. The speed point machine not working, we had to make arrangements for payment.The set up is good for kids but the service is really bad. We were sold dreams, very disappointed </p>
