Absolutely shocked and disgusted!!!!

<p>Living in JHB with a little todller I have found it very difficult as a mom to find a safe and secure place for my little one to play. Limited options for toddlers. Fianlly I found something a little suitable...Jimmy Jungle Greenstone Mall. I have been going there for the past 10 months and to be honest compared to CPT branch I was shocked. Service very weak. Wait over 20 minutes to be served in the restaruant and thats if youre lucky. Very much so under staffed with majority of the equipment not useable as in bad shape. Staff on a regular basis dont turn up for work and if they do they often just chatting well you stand at the front desk waiting to be served!!! Every single time I have been there which is twice a week for the past ten months, I have seen unaccepable behavior and not well managed. Today though is what brought me to write on Hello Peter the very first time!!! </p> <p>I have never in my life done shop and drop and always hesitated at the idea but today I thought I would try it out for the very first time. Left my 15 mnth old daughter there with a lady that said she would watch her. Came back to find my daughter in her pram crying and sitting near to a table full of ladies which one of them got up to to see to her! As I walk in , imagine this seeing your daughter who loves playing and hates the pram sitting in the pram with the care taker in no sight and to see a stranger seeing to your daughter!!! I was shocked, livid!!! Couldnt see the carer anywhere. The lady that came to her gave me such a look, most probaly thinking how on earth could you leave your daughter!! I explained as well asasked how long had she been here she said for past ten minutes on her own. Went straight to mangement explained and she said that my daughter must of climbed in by herself!!! My daugher is so unable to do that, We found the carer and she said my daughter asked to be put into the pram.......THATS CRAZY! She cant even speak yet!!! Absoloutely shocked!!!! No apologies as carer said she was watching her from far...if she was then why crying and why other women seeing to her!!! What if my daughter was walked out with, no one wouldnt have even noticed??? We living in JHB plenty of crime everywhere around us and my daughtre was an easy target. After all that and my blood boiling I was still told to pay !!!! NEVER again am I going there. And I strongly advise other mothers to be cautionous when leaving your child there with so called care givers. I never complain and as I said this is my very first time on Hello Peter but today was the very tip of the ice berg for me....Never again there. The amount of things I have seen go wrong there but still continued as we are limited with choices that are safe......just never again. Card facility always out, no service, care givers only helps with child if you tip even though you paid for that hour, toys broken, fat chats and no services, toilets out of service. Enough said. Disgusted.</p>
