4 JK'S were ordered and was delivered cold, complaint made with Jimmy's, with 30 minutes, Washington the driver was back with 4 hot orders and our money back. that is what i call customer service, and i haven't come across good customer services in a long time, i appreciate the fact that, WASHINGTON came back to my office with food and money, i will keep on supporting Jimmys, esp the melrose branch
