Poor service from Jimmy's killer Fish & chops Northcliff branch

I ordered 330g ribs via the MrD delivery app, and upon opening the order what I got was less than half of what 330g ribs should be. I then called the driver back and showed him what was sent to me. He called the team and the lady asked me "how do I know that that s 330g?". what really irks me is the arrogance in response that I received and no customer centricity whatsoever - this is the Northcliff branch mind you. I was then send a whatsapp message and told that I would get a refund but instead I got a R50 voucher from MrD which is not what I asked for. It's so sad how poor service delivery s in our country and this is basically a typical everyday example. I hope the Hellopeter team will assist in sorting this out for me and ensuring that I get my FULL REFUND and they are more than welcome to come collect thir food as I haven't touched it. I told the driver to take it back but he said they can't so essentially I am being forced to accept an item I am not happy with and being charged for it against my will on top of that.
