Poor Quality of Food

On 15/Mar/2015,my hubby and I went to JKFC on Starling Road in Lenasia South to get take away's for ourselves as well as a friend. We purchased the Atlantic feast at R107 each. We purchased 2 of these items. On our way home, my hubby decided to have a nibble and to our horror we found the prawns to be all mashy. The Atlantic Feast is supposed to contain 10 prawns however we could not pick out any prawn flesh as they were all mashy. This is utterly disappointing and disgusting. To pay that amount of money for something that is advertised as '10 prawns, legendary hake and chips'! There was nothing legendary about this meal. The fact that the prawns were all mashy clearly indicates that they are of poor quality and they are old stock.To date I am still awaiting a response from the branch owner Ahmed Hassan and Communication Executive Frances Constantinidis.
