<p>On Sunday the 29th of January we went to go and enjoy the Sunday 40% off pizza special at Jimmy the Fish Stellenbosch. The special was on the menu, as broad as daylight, 40% off pizza for the entire day. So we enjoyed our pizza and when we got the bill afterwards, they didn't subtract the 40% off our pizza's prices.</p> <p>So we called the manager and asked her to correct the error. She then said that she couldn't do anything about it and that this special was from the old menu (which we were given), and that EVERYONE knew this. I then went to look up the consumer law, as I knew that they would have to give the product at the price it was advertised at. I showed her the specific point in die consumer law, which precisely stated that what they have to give the product to the consumer at the price it was advertised. She then just continued, saying that she understands why we are mad, but that she can't do anything about it. This was completely unacceptable service and unacceptable behaviour from a restaurant manager, who did certainly not know anything about the consumer law.</p> <p>I will certainly not reccomend you to anyone in the future.</p> <p> </p>
