Harassing and Vile employees at Jimmy's

On the date of the 26th I called Jimmy's Ormonde to place an order for collection. I realized that I had called the incorrect brunch and called immediately to cancel my order. No one said that the order was ready and so I disconnected the call assuming that the order was canceled. Upon receiving my order at Jimmy's (Mondeor brunch), I returned to my car and get 27 missed calls from the Ormonde brunch, when I finally answered my phone that was left in my car, the gentleman advised that they were waiting for me to fetch my order to which I advised them that I called to cancel... this gentleman immediately raised his voice at me telling me that I can't cancel an order when it's ready. I hung up.... fast forward to today, this man keeps harrowing me with phone calls and sms's telling me to go to hell. What in the name customer service is this??????????? He keeps sending me messages calling me a *****, I don't appreciate this and fear for my life. I demand that the company steps in and puts a stop to the harassment before I report this to the police. It's not like I didn't call to cancel, I did.

Worst experience EVER!!!!!
