Jim green online store and backend terrible !!!
Terrible online service when dealing with Terry Isaacs, there shoe sizes are not consistent, they sent me wrong size and then when I requested a larger size, the pair I got were physically smaller . An 8.5 size is tight on somone who normally wears a 7 . Then I eventually gave up and requested a refund. Been waiting 2 weeks .... will never buy from them again.

20 Nov 2024, 19:15Well after writing this review and contacting higher managment I am completely blown away by there amazing comeback. They refunded me and sent me 2 pairs of different sizes ..completely entrusting me to try on and to inform them which one I would like to keep. Thank you Jim Green for making a bad experience a pleasurably one in the end.
