Great service and quality

I purchased a pair of Jim Green hiking boots via their online store. Upon receipt of the boots I was very impressed with the quality and finish of the boots, but unfortunately they were a size too small. Jim Green gladly collected the shoes via courier for replacement and shortly thereafter a larger pair was delivered. There was a small defect with one of the replacement boots and again Jim Green collected the faulty pair without complaint and at the same time delivered a replacement pair. I am impressed both by their customer service and product quality and willingness to correct small quality defects when something has gone wrong.
