UNFAIR ATTITUDE

We moved into a flat on the 01st of June 2015. Since then most of the repairs have been made, but they started having a bad and unfair attitude towards myself since they are found guilty of not doing their job as an estate agent correctly in the sense of the inspection, which was to be done with me on the day we moved in, according to the signed lease agreement. Every time I contact them regarding something which needs fixing or replacing, they are rude to me and threaten me that my lease will not be renewed because of my attitude. They spread lies about me and my boyfriend, which is defamation of character towards my boyfriend. When I want to speak to the owner of the flat, they refuse to provide me with his contact details. To date hereof we still dont have an extra remote, which I requested in August 2015, and we still cannot watch TV because of an antenna problem, which is still not fixed. I also still did not receive a reply on my e-mail from them since yesterday morning.
