Order not received

I placed an order with them on 23 Sept. Production time 15 days. They said order was going out after 3 weeks but nothing. Phoned again...they promised the following week but still nothing. I've emailed them, sent messages via Facebook but no response. Absolutely shocking...I want a refund. Wouldnt recommend them at all.
