Jigstar Africa - legitimate??? Or big con ??

Hi , I placed an order online with Jigstar Africa in January 2026, I paid for my order and I received e mail confirmation that my order was accepted and paid for. The e mail confirmation said that I would be notified when my order was shipped. I never received my order or any e mail confirming shipping details. I contacted Roy ***ner of Jigstar) who told me he had suffered a personal loss and he was going to get to all the outstanding orders and asked if I could give him a few weeks , I agreed and waited another month before contacting him again. Roy apologised and said that my order was packed and waiting for the courier to collect- 2 weeks later I called him again to ask for shipping details and he apologised again saying that he was busy packing my order and would let me know when it was on the way (Roy mentioned again that he had been going through a tough personal situation) Roy does not reply to my e mails or phone messages (it has been 3 months since I placed my order) I called Roy from another phone number and he answered but again explained that he was busy trying to sort out my order and then cut the phone connection. I’m not sure what’s happening with this company Jigstar Africa but the website is still open for orders and will take your payment online
