Pathetic Customer Service Jiffy Steamers

I am an existing client of Jiffy Steamer and have purchased 4 Jiffy Steamers thus far! Their customer service has deteriorated terribly!! They do not answer the phone and when they do and promise to get the relevant department to return a call it never is!! Wendy, Katherine and George never returned calls... despatched items when they weren't supposed to and refused to assist in anyway!! This is after sending 3 emails and 5 calls and I did not receive my item tgat was supposed to have been delivered in time for Christmas!! Shocking how appalling their customer service is for such an expensive, high end item!! I would not recommend this company. They need to get their act together and assist their customers better!! Pathetic service!!!
