Don't trust online things

I made a payment for a mobile kitchen worth R22095 on the 3rd November 2022. On the 4th I was expecting my mobile kitchen to dispatched. Boy was wrong to assume. On the 4th of November I received a whatsapp message fro the company saying I must send R 7400, which I did against my better judgement. On the same day at about 16:30 I was contacted again saying I must make additional payment of R4700 which is for the container that will be he housing my mobile kitchen, this is when alarm bells started going off. How does a company not explain all its processes since nothing is on the website. Why am I being given information in drips and draps. When confronted about this I was told it's the company process and that why do I have a problem because it's refundable. I cancelled my order and then I was told reversal takes 21 working day yet on the website it states refunds will be given back if cancelled before being scheduled. no terms were explained and therefore I am demanding my amount back within 48 hrs
