Terrible service & mediocre food

<p>I was very excited to attend the launch of Jiah Restaurant because there was alot of hype building up to the opening. Reservations were made for 10 people in my party and we were told that we can be accomodated on the late sitting at 21:00. It was a bit disappointing, but at the time we were still excited. When we get to the restaurant, it was chaos and mayhem. We waited half an hour to be seated, even though we had a reservation. The service was extremely poor and the waitors didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Once could hear complaints from customers all around. The prices do not match the quality of food and certainly not the type of service given. Most people did not receive their main meals because the restaurant ran out of food. It was a complete joke. And it came to my attention that 2 very famous fashion bloggers were playing waitress and manager. So, this restaurant takes completely inexperienced people of other industries and makes the waitresses and manager. Rushana & Aaliyah are well-know in the fashion & makeup industry and they made utter fools of themselves at Jiah Restaurant. The owner was nowhere to be found. And all this on the launch of his restaurant. The entire affair just seems *****.</p>
