R2 to use a public toilet

<p>I am totally disgusted at the fact that i had to pay R2 to use a public toilet at the PnP centre Tokai yesterday. According to JHI Properties we are paying for 1) because the toilet was vandalised by vagrants....................so it's the public's responsibility to pay for that damages and 2) they've employed more security at the centre which cost them an extra R12 000 and that our responsibility as the public to pay for this. To top it off the device that you insert your R2 in doesnt even open the door, you have to go and call a security and prove to him that you did indeed insert your R2. Then you get told that one R2 pays for one person, so i can go inside with my 6yr old but my 10yr has to wait outside while he locks us in the toilet and when you done you have to call him so that he can lock open for you again. Well JHI your plan for making extra cash wasnt well thought through. That is the only public toilet in that centre and as a member of public and my constitutional right ablusion facilities should be free. My advice to you..............Employ someone smart enough to come up with a reasonable solution to your problem because your current arrangement sucks. </p>
