Poor Poor Service

<p>Stayed in a building managed by JHI when I was a student, years later I find out that they had me listed with TPN although I paid rental every month. Contacted JHI to resolve the issue but the person I spoke with over the phone told me that I should contact the building owner since they no longer manage the building and its not their problem (and hanged up). Further more when I check all the montly statements I had recived I could see that they were billing me incorrecly. </p>
