Most useless Property Management Company

I have an experience to deal with this company for close to a year as a tenant and I never experience more *********** company before, here is a quick summary:

1) Forgetting to charge water and light and back charging it 4 months later 2) I have no clue who is my property manager is to address any of my issues 3) I rent from secure complex where security disappeared from doing some kind control to non existant 4) I got dumped R20k bill for apparently increased Rates and Taxes dating to 1 year back, when I asked for proof I being ignore and hust freataned jsut to pay it.

So please stay away from this group as they have no clue how to manage a property!!!!
