I have not received all of my refund

After I moved out where I was renting, i have claimed for my deposit and then I got insufficient of the refund. And I found out that there was a mistake made on the recon about my payments. I provided the proof of payments and made several calls, sent emails and waited for you to call back but still there is no response.
