EXCELLERATE JHI - Pathetic service

I have been waiting for a deposit repayment which was promised by the manager Mr Johan Hefer 'within the next few day" 3 weeks ago. No feedback. Pathetic service. I am a commercial property owner and needless to say will never deal with JHI again. Remember: If there are 2 boards and the one is Excellerate JHI, call the other company.
