Excellerate JHI are nothing but ******’ I signed a lease agreement with then in 2019 to occupy one of their properties to run my business, as soon as the president announced level 5 lockdown we were forced to close the business. We were then back at work in July upon coming back Mornawwa Pharos the so called GM advised me that I’m now awing them R18 000 , however they understand that the business is not doing well so we can pay whatever we could , and I paid R1000 the very same month , the following month I paid R5400 . Manawwa Pharos then called me the third month informing me that I needed to pay the whole amount failing of which they will kick me out . The following week he came with a Sandile and chased my customers out of the shop and myself and locked the premises with all my equipment inside. I made comms with them to try work things out as lockdown was not initiated by me and though I was not using the place during lockdown I was prepared to pay but they kicked us out like dogs. I called them numerous times as I wanted to pay the account but to no avail ( I have proof of emails in this regard)

All I want is my equipment which costs closed to R80 000 and my poceline tiles that I bought to renovate their place as it was not in a good condition, also my deposit of R11500
