JHI Properties worst rental services ever!!! I rented a Flat situated in Florida area. I as the tenant have paid the deposit and rental for first time. End of December I moved out because work circumstances. I have spoken to the Caretaker of the complex she said it's fine for me to move out as long as I am out on the 31st December 2020, when I had to hand in the key the Caretaker was unavailable. I phoned her she said I must leave the keys with the security guard as she is not working on new years evening. Which I did I followed everything according to the Caretaker's instructions. She said I can receive my full deposit back within 6weeks. But me as the tenant is still waiting for it. They now have placed another tenant in the unit under my details. I have phoned head office said they will provide me with feedback everytime I am phoning them they have a different story. Someone needs to intervene on this urgently. How many more tenants are they going to do this too? The matter is a sense of urgency!!!
