Terrible service

I'm a tenant at One of the Johannesburg Housing Company at Ukhamba Mansions,I'm a paying tenant & it's been 4 months i asked for parking & no response if I don't ask about it,even went to the offices & the lady in duty was so rude "she just said we don't deal with parking go to your caretaker".can you please give people service not just to wait for the rent please
