Terrible non existing service

There is no service whatsoever with the Housing Tribunal in Tshwane. I have submitted a dispute on a refund in April, and no one has communicated this far. This is ridiculous. There is a person ***, that never bothers to do what they are supposed to. They are the contact, but never assists or responds. That is why so many rental companies get away with keeping our deposits. Well done.
