Power cut

Morning,<br> <br> I would like to lodge a complaint to JHC regarding the cut-off of my electricity at my unit 415 Bricks field this morning,jhc staff are claiming that i didn't pay my rent and that a reason for disconnecting of the electricity.<br> While i made a payment on the 20 April 2015 before the due date as per contract.<br> <br> I require apology letter from JHC staff, as i feel that they are very incompentent pertaining billing of account.Furthermore i was unable to iron my clothes this morning cause JHC staff refused to put the power on.<br> <br> This unacceptable....( Your home in the city without lights)
