Just dont give you, your deposit back

I have lived on one of JHC flats and after a year I decided to move out , after an exit site inspection I was told I will receive my deposit after 21 working days. Lets just say Now that 21 one working days has came and passed by many weeks. Still I havent received my deposits. I followed up with them many times ,they just keep quiet no response or nothing. They just dont give you your deposit back. Very bad service indeed. Even 1 star is being kind
