JOZI HOUSING POOR SERVICES

I first paid a deposit of over R4000, I got R1200 as a deposit refund after a year when I moved. All Pre and post inspections were done with building manager and we both signed that all is still in good condition as I didn't break anything, yet still my deposit refund was less than R1200. I called, they couldn't specify what I was charged with.

Secondly, there's no privacy at Jozi housing flats like at Fontana. They just waltz in your apartment anytime. I once found that they were doing maintenance in my room and they left a lot of dust all over my furniture, bed, food and floor.

The consultants at the office in Berea are very useless. I once went to enquire urgently about my payments and I was told that they are dealing with important client ( those who are signing leases to move in) and o should come back next week they are too busy it's month end. At that time I was a tenant.
