JHC is not a safe housing

They locked me out of my apartment which is ******** because I disputed the charges imposed on my statement stating it’s maintainance work from my previous unit (R4300). I have a kid who drinks milk and is unable to do so because on this day I am sleeping at a friends place and his supplies are locked in . The housing manager had said their investigating the matter and to my surprise we found the house locked with my kids and when I phoned him he was forcing me to agree to the charges so that he unlocks the unit of which I refused .
