If I were to give 0 stars I will give to Jhc. I am very dissapointed with Jhc. I move in 1 March I was sharing with someone I do not know… the lease was only put on my name & brought to me 14 March. I read and refused to sign because they put the whole apartment on my name only. I then moved out the caretaker allow me to take my stuff and he agreed.

Fast forward today jhc sent me an invoice for April (next month rent) Howcome when I moved out back back then, caretaker said even the person I was sharing with moved out.

Jhc is trying to create a debt for me which is so wrong, I do not owe Jhc anything.. I did not agree with lease and immediately moved out, I never signed any documents now Jhc doesn’t want to remove my name on their system.

Jhc is violating our rights as consumers, this is unfair treatment of customers!!!!!
