Bad service refusing to pay back my deposit.

I'm so not happy about their service i terminated my lease in October i moved out end of November 2024,i was promised that i will get my deposit back on the 20th fine i never got my deposit until today, Today is the 09th of the new year I'm not sure what should i do, the annoying part is that if i was the one owing them they was gonna be phone calls and letters of demand non STOP, no one is saying anything i kept on calling yesterday the lady told me that she was gonna call me back she never did today is another day nothing from JHC.
