Parcel not delivered from the 22/09/2017

Paid for speed services for my mothers spectacles to reach her a day later but still from the 22/09/2017 the parcel is still at JHBNET?????? How is this even possible? And can someone please let me know when she will be receiving her package she cant see without her spectacles? TC ********** 75ZA
