Terrible Customer Service

I booked a space with Jhb Removals for my furniture to be taken to East London from Jhb. I was told that the collection will be the 25th of November 2021 and the delivery the 1st or the 2nd December. My furniture was collected on the 25th but to my surprise it was a different company of which I was not notified about it . They came with the small truck saying that the furniture will be transferred to the bigger truck.On the 2nd I had to call to check the whereabouts of the truck and the truck was still in Jhb . The furniture was delivered only on the 5th of Dec and it was raining . Everything was wet , the boxes damaged and the plastic storage boxes broken. The stuff that was in a box came covered with blankets. My furniture was squashed in a small truck and the other one in a trailer . It was mixed with other people's furniture because I also received stuff that doesn't belong to me . There was no communication at all from Jhb Removals , I kept on calling myself to follow up on my delivery , even after I advised them that I haven't received my furniture no follow up was done .
