Terrible

from the time my items it was a total mess I received about 4 calls from the driver to tell me he was coming and then not coming on the same day I then got asked which day would suit me best and I said the following day would be great only to get a call that they want to charge me extra for re delivery?!?! My items arrived a week and a half later with 3 bags still missing and absolutely zero customer service or support!!! Clearly have no respect for others belongings or personal items
