Sub-Contracts
Didn't know they sub-contract. Contractors arrived with wrong inventory list and didn't want to load, had to call back and forth to get the driver to comply. Contractors had a very bad attitude, although JHB Removals did try to resolve the issues.

You will notice that we have informed you about the information on your booking confirmation and Formal quote. The Team had the correct inventory, However there were some extra additional volume that were not indicated on your initial Inventory list that had to be loaded and therefore you were quoted according to the additional volume on the day of your Move. Please refer back to your last mails for the outstanding balance Request. The Team may only load the additional volume on your request and acceptance for the additional volume charge. This was confirmed telephonically and therefore we are still awaiting the balance payment. Please contact Yolande directly at the office so we can have this amicably resolved? Many thanks. They told my mother not to tell them where to offload, they know how to do their job... Real classy service.
Anyway, to each their own. Your additional volume charge is paid, sorry for the delay, I was busy throwing out broken plates and fixing the washing machine that broke during your move.

I received no answer, We do try our best to Negate every opportunity for damages and will address it as soon as we possibly can, However this was not reported to us and would appreciate it if you could contact me so we can have it resolved, This is the first time this has been brought to my attention and would appreciate it if I could contact you without means of the platform.
