Poor
on pick up the furniture was squashed into a 10 ton truck and I was upset that the items would be damaged. Much uncer*****y throughout my experience.

The security guard dropped the boom on our truck which is being amicably resolved. The challenges of share loads are not always simple & a reschedule would have been a costly option based on your opinion at the time.
