Missing Boxes - Bad Customer Service

I recently relocated from JHB to Cape Town. I used JHB Removals to move all my belongings to Cape Town. My stuff was in JHB Removals storage facilities for a month until my BF and I moved into a new place together.

When moving into our new home our stuff was all over (as like most moving). I did not go through all the boxes to make sure they were all their (Stupidity from my side yes).

Two boxes with majority of my expensive shoes and bags were missing, I contacted JHB removals to explain the situation and their response was ".... We have many customers that have apologised to us as far as 6 months later (many more that haven’t) to say that they have located their missing item or items..." I was upset, I know for a fact my shoes are missing. I don’t agree with the way JHB removals handled the situation nor the way they insinuated that I have been mistaken.

Well it’s been almost 6 months and still no apologising will be happening from my side. For anyone that needs to relocate, I suggest using another removal company.
